He is letting her facetrample on him while a pink pillow is stuffed basically up his nose. He barely can breathe through the pillow and her ballerina slippers she has on. She doesn't care, all she is concerned with is inflicting pain onto her new slave and leaving him gasping for breath. She is also able to release some steam.
