Head Trampling

Sarah has gorgeous spiked heels on for this session. Slave is laying face down now. She starts out by walking up to and on his head. She faces the wall and leans on it as she takes her heels and drives them into that side of his head. He is really squirming and twisting with the pressure. She then turns around and goes through the grinding those pretty heels into his head. She looks as if she has forgotten something and then turns on her heels driving them deeply into his head and walks off.
